# Principles for removal from the imoo App store
If imoo customer service receives more than five online complaints within a week, the App store will carry out removal processing. If a developer wants the App to be reshelved, a new shelving process should be carried out. The App audit review specifications shall be carefully considered, and inappropriate contents and services for children shall be eliminated. If there is an accurate complaint about inappropriate contents, the App involved in the complaint shall be removed from the App store for at least 30 days before reshelving after rectification.
